Using the CD we discussed and confirmed on 9-15-16 not the 1 Amanda changed on Saturday 9-17-16 without confirming electronically, by phone or email. Leave the choice of 3 or 6 months in escrow acct with me NOT Amanda. Funding out of Sac vs. locally seems to be a problem.

Lisa and her team were always on top of it and responsive. We closed on time. We really appreciated the champagne and cupcakes. Would definitely use them again.

When I did have the opportunity to speak with someone on the phone they were nice and helpful. Problem was it felt like there were times they should have called due to the urgent nature of the communication but instead they emailed.

Sumit funding helped me find the home that I was approved for, that I did not need to pay closing cost for, and as a Veteran didn't need to come up with a down payment. Lisa and her team at Summit Funding showed me all the possibilities I could have and learned who I was. They worked with me and my schedule and made the whole experience fun.
